Monday Share: The Two Kinds of Content You Consume

Admittedly, today's curated content is a bit of a convicting one. Tim Challies recently wrote this article on the content that we consume, breaking it down into two groups: content that benefits us and content that primarily benefits its creator.
As someone who is seeking to "create content" (I'm loath to use that term, but it is what it is), I find it hard to navigate the nuance of those categories. Of course, the desire is to further the mission, as it were. But money is needed to further the mission, and balancing that can be tricky at best.
But this isn't an article on my difficulties in balancing the content and currency of this site; rather, whether we are creating content or consuming it, we should be discerning about our goals.
So, I hope this is helpful to you.
