What Exactly is the Trinity, and is it Biblical?

I doubt there is anything more challenging to understand in the Christian faith than the Trinity. And rightly so—God should be beyond our comprehension. But He also has condescended to us and given us glimpses into who He is.
One aspect of who God is is that God is a Trinity. One God, not three. Yet three Persons, distinct, yet equal in divinity. Again, hard to understand.
But as Christians, we're called to trust God and His word. And His word clearly shows us that the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit are all God—but again, distinct.
Hopefully, this article from Got Questions will help flesh out this idea.
One note: they mention subordination in this article. This is a touchy aspect of Trinitarian teaching. We have to be absolutely careful we don't think or suggest that the Son or Spirit are somehow lesser Beings than the Father. But there are clearly roles among the Godhead. To help with that difficult topic, here is another article.
Deep subject, but an important one to understand Scripturally. I hope you'll find these helpful.
