Slowing Down

I'm really good at slowing down and thinking through a situation.
Okay, hopefully the laughter from those who know me has died down now. Slowing down isn't natural for me, and I dare say many of us struggle with it.
Reagan Rose touches on this, and a couple of other ideas, in this video.
What he shares seems so opposite of what we can often think is the right course of action. Be busy, output, output, output, get as much done as you can—it can be overwhelming.
But is that the best way? Or should we consider slowing down, focusing on what's most important, and pursuing excellence in that, even if it means doing less?
Food for thought.
As a photographer, this is a great way to think, but extremely challenging. Of course, it carries over into many areas of life.
It's not a long video, so I hope you'll check it out. Have a blessed day!
