My Joy May Be in You: Friday Share from Jonny Ardavanis

A friend of mine sent me this earlier today, and it definitely seemed to be a good fit for a content share.

I think today, more than probably any other time in my life, I can sense the anxiety in the world; people are longing for joy.

We have information overload, worldly concerns, and a rushed modern lifestyle, and it can cause us to lose that joy, even as Christians.

Add to that our own self-condescension, and it's a recipe for being majorly bummed out.

But Jesus wants us to have joy, and He takes joy in His people. He calls us to abide in Him so that we would experience that joy.

Jonny Ardavanis gives us a brief but helpful look into John 15:8 and 15:11, and explores that idea a little bit. I found it a beneficial read, and I hope you will too.
