Airlines, Storms, Delays, Oh My

Well, I'm not going to have much time to post today. Airlines, storms, and delays have made the day a bit confusing and hard to follow.

So, the post today is going to reflect that. Honestly it seems a lot of this trip has been reactive. I'm not saying that's a bad thing, but it can be difficult if you're a control freak sometimes like me.

I've written a few times on similar topics. We have to go with the flow sometimes.

It serves as a reminder, however, that we really are not in control.

Do we have a part to play? Absolutely. Should I have written this morning instead of waiting until I'm at the airport? Absolutely.

Will it all work out? Yes, though that doesn't negate my responsibility.

It doesn't stop me from wondering about the deeper meaning behind these things. What is God doing as He sorts out our messes and the everyday delays that happen in this world?

I don't know, but I want to trust He's doing something.
